Meet The Team!
Chelsea (Ft )
Chelsea our General Manager, but also a game coach with us! She has been with Xtreme since June of 2017! On top of working at Xtreme, Chelsea is in the Air Force National Guard with Alex. She has been in the service for almost 7 years now and deployed to Afghanistan in 2019. She has a real passion for learning with a degree in Psychology and in Cybersecurity. She has 3 cats, Toothless, Hiccup, and Casper, along with 2 dogs: Jar Jar and Boba She would love to show you pictures if you ask her!
Her Favorite room here is Mardi Gras because it has a lot of action based items in it. There is a really big surprise factor in Mardi Gras that you don’t see at many other escape rooms.
Her biggest piece of advice is to listen to your game coach. The game coach is there to make your experience more fun. They know the rooms like the back of their hands and want to see you succeed!
Alex (Ft. A Piece of Poop)
Alex is a manager and game coach with us! She has been with Xtreme since September of 2021. Alex is also in the Air Force National Guard and has served since February 2020. She is currently a student at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School. She has dreams of opening her own salon one day! Alex is both a rugby player and rugby coach at Oakland University. She also loves painting and working out. She is currently on a HIMBO JOURNEY to get incredibly ripped! One crazy fact about Alex is that she is the lead singer for the band Far From Monday!
Her favorite room is Mardi Gras because it is a 3rd generation room. This means that most items in the room are action based and there are not many keys and locks.
Her biggest piece of advice is team work makes the dream work!
Jyn
Jyn is a supervisor and game coach with us! She has been with Xtreme since February of 2022. She doesn’t work anywhere else, but does have dreams of getting a degree in science one day! In her free time Jyn loves doing crafts and playing DnD. She actually runs a few D&D campaigns with Chelsea, Nina, and Damien! You will definitely make her day if you ask her about either of those things! One crazy fact about Jyn is that she is actually named after a Star Wars character!
Her favorite room is Mardi Gras because it has the biggest wow factor.
Her biggest piece of advice is to remember that 99% of things in the room are clues.
Eli (Ft. Fredrick)
Eli is a supervisor and game coach with us! He has been with Xtreme since June of 2022! Eli loves watching movies, playing with his dogs, hanging out with friends, video games, and “being an icon”. He currently does not work anywhere else because Xtreme has his full loyalty. Eli is currently a senior at Oakland University, starting the STEP program with hopes of becoming an English teacher. Fun fact about Eli is that he has a very strange obsession with Trisha Paytas, it has began to over take his life.
His favorite room is Mardi Gras because the puzzles are unique and require you to think outside of the box!
His biggest piece of advice is that communication is key!!! Let everyone know what you find, or what you have already solved.
Valerio (Ft. Dale)
Valerio is a supervisor, game coach, cleaner, and editor with us! He has been with Xtreme since June of 2022! Valerio loves making music, playing video games, and playing basketball. He would like to graduate from Wayne State University with a degree in secondary education. He does this really fun thing… if he hears a really good song or album it makes him “boo-hoo cry out of happiness”. He always brings super fun and chaotic energy to team Xtreme. We know when he is working it is going to be a funny day.
His favorite room is Mardi Gras because it has the most unique and interesting puzzles and the immersion is unmatched.
His biggest piece of advice is to always think out side of the box and divide and conquer!
Abby
Abby is game coach with us! She has been at Xtreme since December 2021. Abby is a freshman at Michigan State and is pursuing a Bachelor’s in biochemistry to hopefully go to med school! Abby also work at Mavrix Bar and Grill! She has worked there since June 2023. She does a lot in her free time like play tennis, dance, and she can play the flute pretty well even though she doesn’t normally play. A fun fact about Abby is that she has double jointed elbows, so it looks like her arms for broken but in reality she is just built different.
Her favorite room is Mardi Gras because it has the best decorations and it’s puzzles are really fun.
Her biggest piece of advice is to try to think out side the box, a lot of our puzzles require creative thinking.
Nina (Ft. Pumpkin)
Nina is game coach with us! She has been at Xtreme since June 2022. Nina has a bachelors in Japanese and minored in studio arts from Oakland University. She does a lot in her free time like making art, listening to music, playing video games and spending time in nature. Nina is one of the most creative and helpful team members that Xtreme has ever had. She is always coming up new and creative ideas for future escape rooms!
Her favorite room is Patient Zero because the puzzles and codes are so clever. It’s great for groups because there’s a lot you can work on at once, so everyone can have a task. She also love the creepy surprises in this room ; )
Her biggest piece of advice is divide and conquer, but make sure to communicate with your team. It’s very easy to forget clues or possible codes, so it helps if everyone on your team is aware of them so you can all try thinking of solutions.
Brooke (Ft. Charlie)
Brooke is a game coach with us! She is also a huge help to Chelsea by creating ads for us. She has been with Xtreme since June of 2022! She hopes to become a child psychologist one day. Brooke loves makeup and styling clothes. She is a huge fan of music and makes candles for fun! She has basically never seen the majority of popular movies/tv shows. No one can talk to her about movies like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or Jurassic Park. She is also always cold.
Her favorite room is Mardi Gras because she loves the magnetic locks and the vibes.
Her biggest piece of advice is to touch/investigate everything that’s is in the room unless told otherwise.
Anna (Ft. Lotti)
Anna is a game coach with us! She has been with Xtreme since November of 2022! Anna has also worked at Snapology as a teacher for elementary age students since 2021. She goes to different schools, community centers, churches, and birthday parties to teach STEM concepts through LEGO projects. She has also began to sub in local districts this year. She is currently a student at Oakland University going into secondary education to teach history! In her free time Anna enjoys singing, drawing, going to the gym, and reading. She likes exploring new places and spending time outdoors. One crazy fact about her is that she loves watching bad movies for the purpose of making fun of them with friends. She also directed a musical in only 2 weeks!
Her current favorite room is Mardi Gras because the puzzles are so unique
Her biggest piece of advice is to communicate! Announce what’s been found, what’s been solved, and what still needs to be done.
Julez (Ft. Valerio)
Julez is a game coach with us! She has been with Xtreme since May of 2023! Julez also works at Dunkin’ and has been there since 2019. She is currently a student at Oakland University and would like to have a career in the psychology field, potentially neuropsychology or industrial/organizational psychology. In her free time Julez enjoys playing video games, painting sometimes, and practicing color guard! One crazy fact about her is that she has injured the same wrist 9 separate times. She would also like to make it known that she wants to be Chelsea’s favorite.
Her current favorite room is Mardi Gras but that is subject to change due to how new she is!
Her biggest piece of advice “Have fun and don’t take things too literally… or do…”.
Erica (Ft. Clucky Clark)
Erica is a contingent game coach with us! She has been at Xtreme since December 2021. Erica is a sophomore at Western Michigan University and will return to Xtreme during her school breaks! She is pursuing her degree in Nursing with hopes to specialize in pediatrics one day! She enjoys making origami, cooking, hang out with friends, and playing video games in her free time. One crazy fact about Erica is that the only mac and cheese she is willing to eat is Kraft. She does not like homemade mac and cheese at all. In fact… Kraft and chicken nuggets is her favorite Thanksgiving meal…
Her favorite room here is Mardi Gras because the puzzles are really cool; they are action based so there aren’t many keys and locks
Her biggest piece of advice is to not overcomplicate/overthink the puzzles. Sometimes the answer is right in front of you!
Damien
Damien is a supervisor, game coach, and our go to maintenance man! He has been with Xtreme since September of 2021. Damien also works at a lawn company out of Troy. He is currently working on a degree in Criminal Justice Degree from Macomb Community College. Damien really enjoys spontaneous adventures, going shooting, kayaking, and playing video games. He actually moved in with Chelsea and Darrin after they begged him to get better parents.
His favorite room is Time Bomb because it has a ton of content. There are so many keys and locks, so everyone can work on something different.
His biggest piece of advice is to never leave any stone unturned.
